Daddy Laser provides professional, non-destructive laser cleaning, rust removal, paint stripping, and surface restoration services across Greater Sydney and New South Wales. The scope of each project will be agreed upon in writing or verbal consultation prior to the commencement of work.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Any quotes provided via our website form, email, or over the phone are initial estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing is subject to a physical site inspection or a detailed review of the asset to accurately assess material conditions, contamination levels, and access requirements.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the material substrate and the history of any coatings or chemicals previously applied to the asset. The client must also ensure safe and adequate access to the site or asset for our technicians and equipment.
4. Liability and Limitations
Daddy Laser utilizes highly calibrated, state-of-the-art fibre-laser technology designed to be non-destructive to the base material. However, surface restoration inherently involves interacting with degraded, aged, or unknown substrates. While we take the utmost care, Daddy Laser is not liable for latent defects, pre-existing structural weaknesses, or underlying damage revealed during the cleaning process.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
